Emulsions of paraffin wax and synthetic resin,
featuring a strong water-repellent effect, are being
used for different manufacturing processes.

Especially, the product is widely used for a release agent for ceramics
and a waterproof agent for papermaking.

Product Purpose
  • Size press allows for standalone coating and can be used with
    binders such as starch solution or latex.
  • Applied on the surface of the board, may attain a strong
    surface sizing effect     and water-repellent effect.
Product Properties
  • Featuring excellent water-repellent properties and exhibiting a
    resistance of R 10 or higher.
  • The water repellency does not diminish after the heat
    processing drying process at 100℃ or higher.
  • Retains excellent emulsion stability esulting in fewer process
    issues, and its excellent solubility makes it convenient to use.
